We started the
Body for Life today. CLA has been doing it for years, but on and off. Not too difficult so far. You get to eat 6 times a day and not shabby scraps either. Mmmm, blueberry protien muffins, chili, shakes, and Salmon. All on the list for today. Check it out and see....why it sure beats McD's. Now, just get me to the gym.
